I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an interaction I had with a security guard at your location on July 15th at approximately 5:48 PM. (Black male of average height and younger appearance.) During my visit, I felt I was treated disrespectfully by a security guard who, I believe, laughed at my hairstyle. While I was speaking to another young lady that check you in (at the front). This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I maintain that I conducted myself respectfully throughout my time on the premises and expect the same courtesy in return. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter and ensure your staff receives appropriate training on respectful customer service practices. My comments for the security guard are do better. When you know better, you do better. Please respect your elders. Have a good day. – Nahhh Fam

For my first time experience i had a relaxing and comfortable time. From the very opening of the door from the guard to the wonderful staff within. My time with Kara was excellent as she was informative, patient, and caring. She guided me through the paces exceptionally and I look forward to going again – Charles Clark

The staff here are amazing, the security at the front is so nice and makes you feel welcomed for first time customers and the staff there are wonderful, they were patient with me when I was asking questions and steered me in the right direction to which product would work for my pain. – Avery Daniels
