I have a bevy of health issues and the providers at this location do an exceptional job of being knowledgeable, well informed of their inventory and new products that fit my particular criteria, and they all always do so with a smile. I went to this location with my sister with a walker and in pain, There were concerns about maneuverability for me. The company is concerned about the clients. I really felt that. If you have a problem or concerns they are glad to hear them and how they can make it better. The staff was helpful in guiding me in support my needs – leona tjan

Best location! Staff is beyond helpful. Always so kind and ready to help you with a smile. Security is awesome and I appreciate having no public access. Security always opens doors for me when he sees me walking up. He's definitely the face, others were chatting it up with him. Feels like a small town pharmacy, just dispensary. – Charlotte

I normally go to the location on Granby. I was in the area so I went to the portsmouth location only my 2nd time. I was reading their specials on a TV screen, mind you I literally just made it passed the intake and "Brandy" yelled at me to come up to her as there was no menu on that screen…I said well I dont like to feel rushed and rather take my time to make an informed decision. Then she said in a very rude tone "well everything on there is up here." I was shocked at her attitude, then her coworker decided to chime in as well, like what the hell I am spending $100s here a month and this is how medical patients are treated! I will never go this location again the Granby location has been very helpful so I was kinda shocked how rude "Brandy" was…I am from the west coast the shops are much more friendly there then here I have noticed. Well lesson learned. If you want a bad experience with no respect go to this location. If you want a true customer service experience drive the extra few miles to the Granby location where they treat medical patients with courtesy and respect with no attitude. !! !![ UPDATE ] !! !! Ownership contracted me by phone to inquire about the situation. They completely understood where I was coming from and made me feel respected which is all I was looking for…In these times, many businesses are lowering standards & quality.
