I was sold a pre-roll, but when I opened the container at home, it was empty. I returned the next day because they close early, and they no longer had the product I paid for. Instead, I was offered a cheaper option with change or told to pay extra for a higher-priced one. I don’t know how others would feel, but I felt played. – Jean Glemaud
Trash customer service. Canceled my order 15 min after I received an “order ready for pickup” text, closed store earlier than every sign and notice on website without notifying me and then told “sorry” nothing we can do. Complete shit show. Andrew the “lead” refused to provide manager’s name and hung up on me. Would not recommend & will not return. – Nubia Iman
