Today West Orange Wellness has lost a valuable and loyal customer. The security lady named Malika at the front desk was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Giving attitude with people who walked in for no reason. Accusing me of snatching my ID from her and giving me unwarranted attitude. I spend $200 here weekly and this was Unacceptable. The manger didn’t seem to care and told me that a general manager would call me. Haven’t received a phone call from anyone in 2 days. Other customers were in the store at the time as well and complained about the same lady Malika at the front for her unnecessary attitude. You guys should have someone better working at the front desk. You guys lost a valuable customer, I’m not coming back knowing that lady could be there. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to Rise where there are better prices and more variety. – marc schubert

Super sale 30% is still going strong. These guys have really great products and prices. The place is clean, has working bathrooms, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Loyal customer that only shops here, walked in at 7:48 ready to spend over $400 on 710 just for me to be turned away bc they wanna make sure they go home on time. I work in retail and have been in the store well past closing let alone, never turned a customer away DURING BUSINESS HOURS. -1 loyal customer, ill drive the extra 15 minutes to take my business elsewhere.
