UPSCALE CLASS i’ve been using cannabis for a while, purchasing it from everyone from Home growers too commercial farmers and everything in between. And I’ve purchased it on the East Coast. West Coast and quite a few states in between so I know I’m qualified to say Hamm and Chaz have TOP Quality Product offered in some of the best variations. The dispensary itself is conveniently located and offers an upscale boutique atmosphere. But don’t worry if you’re not as experienced as I am, the staff is always courteous. welcoming and knowledgeable. As someone who just moved to the area from Los Angeles, Hamm and Chaz is by far the best dispensary I've been to in not just Jersey City, but the entire NYC/North Jersey area, and reminds me of what made dispensaries in California good. Hamm & Chaz has that personal touch that's lacking at most dispensaries around here. Unlike most places that just funnel you toward an iPad while the budtender stares at you in silence, Hamm & Chaz's staff are knowledgeable and engaged with each and every customer that walks in, always asking what specifically you're there for. And not just in a superficial way, like "You want edibles or flower?" Rather, it's "Is this for fun? For health? For sleep?" They really get to the core of what brings you in, and connect you to products that can satisfy your wants and needs. Furthermore, they always have great deals! $15 off on Fridays was one I saw advertised recently. Very rude customer service. I had questions before selecting and the woman kept prioritizing other people. And she called me by another name. I asked if they have batteries for purchase and her response was that they used to give them out but don’t give them out anymore. Ok???? I’m not asking for anything free. She seemed like she just wanted to make as many sales as possible but not assist. Update: they sold me the wrong thing, and the manager had to come in to assist. They did make it right though because they offered me a discount for the correct item. I feel bad leaving this review but honestly not a good experience at all. – Mandy Lopata-Cheatham
