The customer service was genuinely welcoming and knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The store design is modern, clean, and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere to shop. And most importantly, the energy here is unmatched, you can tell the people behind it truly care about what they’re building. I had a great experience at this smoke shop! The staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Chaz, Kim, and Kareem — they went out of their way to help me and answer all my questions. The selection of products is excellent — they carry a wide variety of items, so you can find pretty much what you’re looking for. I also really appreciate their long hours (8 am to 11 pm); it’s super convenient to stop by either early or later in the evening.
