I feel bad being the only schmuck writing a 1-star review among so many 5-star reviews but my experience at this shop was not great. The customer service was good and the budtender helped me pick out a 510 vape cart. I didn’t have a chance to open it until about a week later, where I discovered that it had busted open in its packaging. I took some photos (attached) including the lot number etc. and sent them to the store asking if a refund was possible. The store manager replied quickly, although tersely. No apology, no mention of a refund, just a short reply saying to bring it back to the store and to “make sure you have a receipt.” (Screenshot included.) The receipt comment grated on me because this was something I’d bought a week ago and I definitely didn’t save the receipt, in addition to the fact that they scanned my driver’s license and have video surveillance all over the store. It really wouldn’t be an issue to verify the purchase without a receipt. Anyhow, I didn’t have it and rarely make it to that part of town so can’t really just pop back in, and it’s not safe for me to keep a leaky 510 cart around the apartment in the meantime as I have pets and a baby. I told the manager as much in a reply and he simply didn’t respond. It’s unfortunate because this seems like a fine dispensary but this definitely isn’t an experience that will have me coming back or recommending it to anyone. I guess I’m just out $66 dollars. Had a great visit here! What lovely and personable staff, they were willing to help and find something that is suitable for my needs. Emily was especially very nice and we had a great conversation. Angelina was happy to show me around and gave me some recommendations. The store had a great vibe to it with seemingly endless options. I am looking forward to returning! – Maddie R

For the first time today and had a great experience!! I Was greeted by Dorian, who is very informative about the establishment, great conversation and such a good warming welcoming energy ! definitely was the highlight of my trip there!
