I was quite disappointed with several aspects of my recent visit. I gave good stars cuz vibe was really good. The absence of tap payment options was inconvenient and should be clearly communicated. I also found the approach to promoting the rewards program to be lacking. When I expressed interest in signing up after my purchase, I was informed that I would not be able to apply rewards to that transaction. This suggests a missed opportunity to engage customers proactively. Given these experiences, I do not anticipate returning to this establishment anytime soon, as numerous other dispensaries offer a more satisfactory experience. But, worth a try. – Jada Knight
