I was just standing there browsing the menu when Ericka kindly took the time to ask if I needed any help—which I definitely did. She asked what I was looking for, and when I mentioned I wanted edibles to help me sleep, she went above and beyond. She educated me on THC, CBD, CBN, and RSO in a way that was easy to understand and helped me feel confident in my decision. 5 stars for this girly for providing such great customer service! ⭐️ – Karla Vargas

This was my first time coming to New Era. Right upon opening the door I was kindly greeted by Angel who invited me to take a look at the menu. I let him know that I don’t often shop at dispensaries and asked for his recommendations based on popularity. Angel didn’t jus give me the simple answer of what’s selling best, he went above and beyond to break down the differences of multiple brands, explained ongoing promotions through certain brands, and even was happy to provide his knowledge of the differences in certain kinds of vaporizers they offer. I had an amazing experience at New Era Dispensary and will definitely be coming back. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe, but what really stood out to me were the prices — some of the best I’ve seen at a New Jersey dispensary, especially for the quality they offer. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Angel helped me out, and he was absolutely awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers have a great experience. Overall, New Era Dispensary exceeded my expectations with great pricing, quality products, and top-tier service. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I honestly really appreciated how New era dispensary handled an issue I had recently. My father picked up a bag that unfortunately ended up being loaded with seeds, which was pretty disappointing, especially when you’re expecting quality product. We brought it back expecting it to maybe be awkward or difficult, but the staff were incredibly nice and understanding from the moment he walked in. They took it back with no hassle and were really genuine and understanding about the whole situation. We definitely appreciate how easy they made the entire process. This little guy is a pretty smooth hitter and taste just like watermelon jolly rancher. Really a clean and honest shop. I don't know where else you can beat the deals near here. Always nice to support a woman owned business. – Phillip Castagna
