I was just standing there browsing the menu when Ericka kindly took the time to ask if I needed any help—which I definitely did. She asked what I was looking for, and when I mentioned I wanted edibles to help me sleep, she went above and beyond. She educated me on THC, CBD, CBN, and RSO in a way that was easy to understand and helped me feel confident in my decision. 5 stars for this girly for providing such great customer service! ⭐️ – Karla Vargas

This was my first time coming to New Era. Right upon opening the door I was kindly greeted by Angel who invited me to take a look at the menu. I let him know that I don’t often shop at dispensaries and asked for his recommendations based on popularity. Angel didn’t jus give me the simple answer of what’s selling best, he went above and beyond to break down the differences of multiple brands, explained ongoing promotions through certain brands, and even was happy to provide his knowledge of the differences in certain kinds of vaporizers they offer.
