Qube Times Square Dispensary

This is an awesome dispensary in NYC. The location is convenient as can be. It was super easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a very large selection of items to pick from. The prices were not bad at all especially for the quality. I was not disappointed at all with the quality, I found everything I purchased to be phenomenal quality. The purchasing process was very simple, you put your order in on a tablet they have set up, and they call your name to the register when your order was ready. Definitely would recommend stopping here if your looking for cannabis products while in NYC. My personal favorite for product I purchased was the NYC Diesel by the Animal brand, those little pre rolls are no joke, very very potent. Made for a very fun evening while enjoying everything else NYC has to offer. – Mackensie Kellogg

Decent dispensary in Times Square. You order through a kiosk and they call your name and text you once your order is ready. Once your name is called, you can go up to the register to check out. There are people on the floor that will stop by at the kiosk to see if you have any questions or need help. I was able to pick up a few cartridges and an edible. – Nicole Kim

Usually come here and no issues but was very frustrated with my last purchase. There’s no nutritional information on the iPad when ordering so assumed this product was sugar free like other previous purchases I’ve made before. Didn’t realize the product contained sugar until I finalized the purchase and asked to swap out these drinks for the sugar free counterpart but was refused an exchange because the item is not defective. I didn’t even leave the store and the inability of the staff to make this simple change left me very frustrated and confused with this policy. They don’t state final sale on their receipt and all I simply wanted to was to make a swap. Not the best costumer service. – Francisco Morales

I went today before 1pm. It wasn’t packed with too many people and everyone was genuinely friendly, still gave me space to order and look around. Most importantly, knowledgeable and experienced. I can tell by how they helped me make my decision and what/how quickly they chose). I made two separate transactions and I probably spent 10 minutes or less between ordering twice and waiting for my items. – M A
