Janna is a star and her team is the absolute best! They always help me out with recommendations, and they know their product really well. Their staff picks can be trusted and seem really intentional. I’ve become sort of a regular here and really enjoy the accessibility and attention to customer care. The service is also quick, which is impressive considering I always leave feeling uplifted even in those short transactions. This definitely isn’t your average sleepy smoke shop! The ratio of staff to customers is usually 1:1, which also helps when it’s busy so I don’t feel too intimidated to ask questions and take up someone’s time. Highly recommend. – Delanie Albaugh

This is an awesome dispensary in NYC. The location is convenient as can be. It was super easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a very large selection of items to pick from. The prices were not bad at all especially for the quality. I was not disappointed at all with the quality, I found everything I purchased to be phenomenal quality. The purchasing process was very simple, you put your order in on a tablet they have set up, and they call your name to the register when your order was ready. Definitely would recommend stopping here if your looking for cannabis products while in NYC. My personal favorite for product I purchased was the NYC Diesel by the Animal brand, those little pre rolls are no joke, very very potent. Very informative, staff was very well trained about specific code ordinances and guidelines within the state that they are currently in, and are also researching and willing to looking to these particular privileges within other susceptible regions as well. The staff is very dedicated to knowing the exact background in history to almost every product that I had asked information about and all around seem like the type of group two in which opportunities will continue to come into their general direction because of their positive nature. The only thing I did not like was that there was not a more open customer related area to in which a customer or client can come in and truly be a little more comfortable and accommodated within that particular store. I had asked to recharge my phone and then just did not have the proper means to do so providing that if there was a more open floor plans designed to allow a more interactive customer experience maybe that would also increase it's visibility as being a viable business. – Clifton Williams

This bud right here is dry as hell. Not fresh. A big disappointment in appearance but if it smokes good I’ll add a star or 2. I will try this spot again but if I get another desert dry weed I will ask for an exchange immediately. – Curtis B

Fast, with incredible selection and service. The number of options, especially compared to Boston dispensaries, is wild. There were vendor pop-ups. A very nice girl from Timeless helped sold me on a product point blank, and assisted me with a few other purchases. The Blackberry Timeless is great. I would definitely come back. – Jack Butler
