I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this dispensary was so frustrating I felt it needed to be shared. I used to enjoy coming to Trends, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be returning. I was sold a faulty product and was also charged incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them says everything and the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. As a person of color, I couldn’t help but feel dismissed and disrespected by the manager. Instead of listening or offering a solution, he was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel like I didn’t matter. There was zero accountability, no effort to resolve the issue, and definitely no basic courtesy. This place used to have great staff and solid service, but something has changed and not for the better. It’s clear the current management is not equipped to handle customer concerns with fairness or respect. I hope the owners seriously consider bringing in new leadership, because the way things are now, they’re driving loyal customers away. There are too many dispensaries out there to waste time or money where you’re not valued. – Jasmine C

Lovely spot. Came here and met Ilya who was amazing! He walked me through the offerings and made suggestion on what I should try out. It is also a lovely space the night I came they had artwork in the back and it was a very interesting set up that was welcoming and a breath of fresh air for a dispensary.
