Amazed with the environment and energy this location gives off. It's very friendly and professional, showing higher quality customer service which you'd be surprised to find at other dispos. I've been going here for some time and words cant describe their customer service and behavior. I never leave with a bad experience, being a regular member weekly. All the staff are helpful, I'm making this review based on my recent experience of a budtender showing outstanding service. The budtender Nathaniel, was very energetic. Patient, and most importantly knowledgable. From this experience, Nathaniel was taking care of all my purchases with my intentions and budget still in thought showing consideration and courtesy. Along with Nathaniel, I was provided spectacular customer service that night from the closing Manager from the week of Christmas, who also deserves a shout-out. Trends is one of my favorite dispensary around the area !! They always are so helpful with giving recommendations and finding the right product for me. Just like today one of the representatives named Johnny. From when I got there to when I left was so kind to me. He had greeted me and asked how I was doing , and since I already knew what I had in mind he got the product out fast for me which was great. As we were waiting we had a small chit chat about museums which personally are my favorite activities to do. Not only was he so great to me but he also put me onto new museums I can go visit!! Lastly I forgot my lighter at home and I had asked if they had matches (which would be a cool idea to have branded with trends on the packaging to give to customers) he had given me a Stiizzy lighter as I also bought a Stiizzy product which made my whole experience amazing.
