Pure Wellness Dispensary has honestly become one of the few places I genuinely feel cared for when I walk in. The staff is consistently kind, patient, and welcoming, and they’ve helped me out with some truly great deals more than once — which has meant a lot to me. Justin deserves a special shoutout because he’s my favorite person there for a reason: he’s extremely kind, accommodating, and always makes the experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he actually cares. And as a service dog owner, it means the world to me that they treat my service dog Rosie with such respect and warmth too. Thank you for your hospitality. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable about the variety of products. I love the location: across the street from a gas station and family restaurant. They have NY state grown flower and concentrates. Pretty good selection despite the cozy location. I'd go so far as to call the place elegant, simple, effective, in a lovely building steeped in history. – EntheoViscous
this place is amazing. the staff here is always helpful, however it is always just a singular guard and worker so if there's people ahead of you it can take a bit, we go late night and never have issues, we try to go here whenever we can – Varrick Wattson
