When you order online for pick up, it pops up and says don't go to shop before receiving a text. Cool shouldn't be too awful long i imagine, i have some errands to run. Over an hour later its still processing! I cancelled the order and stopped somewhere else. If I can order something for delivery faster than order something for pickup….there is a problem. – Joe Farmer

Pure Wellness Dispensary has honestly become one of the few places I genuinely feel cared for when I walk in. The staff is consistently kind, patient, and welcoming, and they’ve helped me out with some truly great deals more than once — which has meant a lot to me. Justin deserves a special shoutout because he’s my favorite person there for a reason: he’s extremely kind, accommodating, and always makes the experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he actually cares. And as a service dog owner, it means the world to me that they treat my service dog Rosie with such respect and warmth too. That kind of consideration says everything about the character of the people who work here. Thank you to Justin and the whole team for being good humans — not just good at your job. Awesome shop opening local, Greece did not elect for dispensaries, so not their fault for location. Area is shady at best and parking is a nightmare. So those traveling make sure you keep an eye on your vehicle. Their prices are twice of Henrietta so better to go there. – Allen
Excellent service and knowledge of product ! As a regular smoker, I’ve noticed that not every dispensary has employees that care about their job, but that is never the case with PureWellness!
