Wicked Reserve is the place to be in Rochester! Feels like a little lounge every time I come in. This place helped immensely with the creation of my new album! Staff THE BEST! Selections THE BEST! My one of many issues over the last 4 months. Purchased this "Blue Dream" specifically because the rest of the line was outdoor sun grown. Got home and realized it was in fact sun grown but the label was obscure online…. as seen in photo (zoom in). It was basically brick weed. The pattern I see is that brands pass their b.s. brick weed off to the consumer in the bags vs. clear containers. Some of the products I've purchased here have been so dry and so OLD that they come out like powder and are harsh. An argument could be made that "You get what you pay for," but on several occasions the flowers have been absolute garbage with seeds, animal hair, extra stems, and some have been underweight. It seems like no real quality control system is in place for some products….. all in addition to 13% tax. I called about one product having seeds and it is still for sale on their website.🤦♂️ – Timothy Bastian
First time being in this new store, as a Rochester Native I love being in the store. It's got a lovely industrial feel and the place is modern-looking. The owner and bar tenders were really nice and helpful with their selections. I'm grateful for their generosity and kindness. The Buff Puff Rep was knowledgeable and passionate too.
