Staff are always friendly and helpful and the Sunday deal on Cruisers cartridges (but 2, get one for $1) is the best around, IMO. Get the live resin ones if you are picky/ a canniseur, the distillate ones are also mostly good and save you a little bread. First time in and the security guard was so welcoming, informative and upbeat!! The store it's self is so clean and organized!! Nice bright lights and nice and cool on a hot day! The selection is awesome! I told Eric what I needed and how much I had to spend and he made it happen!! Eric was informative and friendly! Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a cannabis club. Uninformed, rude and prices don't match the description. That's allll bad. The “budtender” or whatever literally told me that the customer doesn't matter and the owner told them this. I wish I were lying. On top of all this the product is stale and isn't properly rotated in. I've been sold clogged devices without any apology. Terrible – Darrin Fichera

I came into Coastal Pot Club. I come in here because of the the service and selection. Today I saw a Coastal Representative named Selene. She was nice and knew her stuff. I told Selene exactly what I was looking for today. Pure Sativa 26-35% THC, and she found what I was looking for. I actually bought 2 different Brands, smoked them both and am happy with the results. If you have not tried Coastal Pot Club in the Safeway Shopping Center near Glen Cove I would strongly recommend it. – Bill Freedman
