I’ve noticed some significant changes here recently—overall vibe, customer service, and product quality just aren’t what they used to be. There seems to be constant turnover with security, staff, management, and even the product selection. It’s very different from when the place first opened or even just a year or two ago. I’m also unsure who’s currently leading the team; for example, the young man with dreads, who offered consistently excellent service, was said to be on vacation and never returned. The only standout on the sales floor now is a young man named Dez. I visited Steezy Benicia based on a friend’s recommendation, and the difference was noticeable right away. Security was present and attentive outside, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist and staff, and they offered a wide variety of products—including multiple strains and options like CBD, CBG, CBC, and THCV. Overall, I’d definitely recommend checking them out over Coastal even more so because they sale Coastal’s flower for cheaper than Coastal does! – Sierra Childers

Armed security guard named Shaynesha Hughe is rude, disrespectful, raciest and says hate crimes but apparently that’s the kind of people that store likes. She should not be allowed to have a firearm because she can’t make a conscious decision and she does not pay attention or do her job. There is cctv Footage of smoking on camera in Uniform. I came into Coastal Pot Club. I come in here because of the the service and selection. Today I saw a Coastal Representative named Selene. She was nice and knew her stuff. I told Selene exactly what I was looking for today. Pure Sativa 26-35% THC, and she found what I was looking for. I actually bought 2 different Brands, smoked them both and am happy with the results. If you have not tried Coastal Pot Club in the Safeway Shopping Center near Glen Cove I would strongly recommend it. – Bill Freedman
