I’ve been to this dispensary several times and have usually had a good experience. The staff has normally been nice, helpful, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, my visit this morning was very different. The woman working the counter seemed frustrated almost immediately and was unnecessarily rude while I was trying to shop. I gave clear, simple parameters: the amount I wanted to spend, the weight I was looking for, and the strength of flower I preferred. Instead of helping me narrow down options, she showed me something roughly $100 over the budget I had just stated. When I reacted to that, she said, “Well, you don’t know what you want,” even though I had already explained exactly what I was looking for. I mentioned that I’ve given the same basic information to other employees here before and never had an issue. Rather than help, she told me I should come back later. That made it feel like she simply wasn’t interested in doing the basic task of showing available products or specials that matched what I was asking for. I eventually had to suggest that she start with the specials if she was unsure what to show me. The interaction ended with her telling me to “have the day I deserve,” which came across as a petty comment rather than professional customer service. Honestly, based on the way she handled a simple customer interaction, it seemed like she may have already been having the day she deserved. I want to be clear: I don’t think this reflects the whole dispensary. I’ve had good experiences here before. But this particular interaction was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be mentioned. A customer should be able to ask about price, weight, and strength without being mocked or treated like an inconvenience. – Arlen Roberts

Do not order online. Probably a scam. I sent them money they had to have it through Bitcoin. I understand the system but they do not have anything in the order system that says you have to pay extra for medical marijuana card. I have one, it is in Louisiana. Other dispensaries have verified it. These guys have made this day terrible trying to make this order go through all day. The driver was literally saying he was right there by my house with $155 to give me back if I gave him $155 to the store…. Sounds scammy. Even if it isn't is really scamish behavior. As you see I really put anything negative about anybody. This has been a terrible day with these guys. The bank even called and said everything look fraudulent on the guy's name that I sent the money to. They denied both charges but again I sent money through Bitcoin to these people. Terrible experience. Now I have to either get my money back or product by going there. It says on the back page that it takes a week or so. That's where they directed me to see where I had to pay them $155 bucks. They didn't say anything about it when I was making the order. I would stay away from this place as far as I can. If they're treating people like this then what are they doing with the product? Update Went into the store. They kind of laughed and said they knew they've been hacked. Don't trust these people. If they can't keep you safe why trust them? I got my money back from the bank since they saw it was a scam and it had much fraudulent activity. Stay away. – Randy Guyton
