This spot is such a hidden gem! I was very close to giving up on Havens after other locations continue to not have good deals. They are the exception especially with their happy hour. The staff are incredibly genuinely kind and leave you feeling in a better mood than when you came in. Shout out to Shelby for always greeting us with a smile and electric personality. Disappointing and unwelcoming experience. I was not greeted or given any instructions on how to place an order, and security immediately took my bags without explanation. I stood at the counter hearing names being called, but no one told me what to do. When I tried to ask a question after the line cleared, the staff avoided eye contact and walked away to speak with another employee. I felt ignored rather than assisted. In contrast, Kannabis next door was friendly and helpful. – P G
