Disappointing and unwelcoming experience. I was not greeted or given any instructions on how to place an order, and security immediately took my bags without explanation. I stood at the counter hearing names being called, but no one told me what to do. When I tried to ask a question after the line cleared, the staff avoided eye contact and walked away to speak with another employee. I felt ignored rather than assisted. In contrast, Kannabis next door was friendly and helpful. – P G
This place SUCKS do not pick up here, KG & Culture are on the same street with a better selection and their not selling recalled pens like the budtender here told me they were word of mouth during my interaction. The other budtender wanted to get crazy with me over saying I would be taking my service elsewhere politely when she said the FTP wouldn’t be valid next time or this time because I only spent 26 when the minimum is 25. When you go to pick up you don’t ask for any of that, I found this place extremely unprofessional with extremely untrained tenders in customer service. I think they forget that this is supposed to be an experience and that people are to be treated with respect. When somebody says they won’t come back next time you typically try to make it right not make it a point that they don’t care at all and don’t need your business on your first initial visit with the manager standing right behind her and she kept saying well my manager is right there. To me that confirms he doesn’t care how his employees act, carry themselves, or treat their customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. OC is filled with kind clinics that care about their customers. – Mary Medrano
Came in today with my daughter-in-law referred her and Michael was the one that helped both of us. He was very smart and he did a really good deal. We were both very happy and pleased. That was my second visit there and he helped me a lot. – Robin Ramirez
Spent a total of 1.2 seconds in here before walking out. Rude staff and security. good thing they are sorrounded by good spots so i got what i need w better service right next door – E H
Amazingly bright and cleab inside. Stopped by caue I was at disney land and they completely took care of me. Gave me freebies charged me decent prices and complemented my dog and car and I was happy for the rest of the trip. Thank you HAVEN – Jonathan.A.McMichael &.Tiffany.N.Berrios
