I specifically requested only discounted items, but the associate included full-price items without disclosing it. After discovering the discrepancy on my receipt in the parking lot, I went back inside to return them. Despite the employee's dishonesty, management blamed me and refused to rectify the situation. These people have no integrity and are comfortable deceiving customers. Buyer beware; this was completely unprofessional behavior. Update since the "owner" responded: It's been 6 days since the "owner's response". I use quotes because this is clearly a bot responding to me. I've called the location, they said they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to help me. I submitted a customer service ticket 6 days ago to your website and no one from your company has responded even though the website said you respond within 24 hours. If you're a potential customer reading this, just avoid these people. Marijuana is a flooded market in California and you can easily find people that aren't looking to rip you off and will actually try to fix issues if they ever occur. Stiiizy is not one of those companies, avoid at all costs. – Art R

So I just lost twenty dollars in the store. If you found it please return it. Also I appreciate the gift except now it's not a gift since I would have only been there for one free making it possible to get food or drink. So now that I spent four dollars n lost twenty I still appreciate but if u find the twenty id appreciate that more cuz I could get what u gave me and three dollars left over. Anyways shoulda never came to ventura in the first place cuz every building is hoodwinked to dropp everything from nothing Bundt cakes to port huneneme. I literally just starved for two days so i could get clean clothes had an extra twenty five cuz I didn't have to buy weed so I went to Walmart to buy clothes and set them down then left ncuz I thought nevermind let me have lunch first left had to buy weed for digestion. Anyways whateverk the staff is always outstanding. Just wanted to say that. And now I just realized I forget when I say from somewhere to somewhere else u gotta mention the direction if it's round or ninety degrees at least.
