The service and appearance were exceptional, however the product was subpar. I understand there will be low and high priced products, but the low cost product have absolutely no potency. Unfortunately I purchased a handful of low priced dabs that smoked and tasted like beeswax. No effect or potency in any of them. – Maria G

I specifically requested only discounted items, but the associate included full-price items without disclosing it. After discovering the discrepancy on my receipt in the parking lot, I went back inside to return them. Despite the employee's dishonesty, management blamed me and refused to rectify the situation. These people have no integrity and are comfortable deceiving customers. Buyer beware; this was completely unprofessional behavior. Update since the "owner" responded: It's been 6 days since the "owner's response". I use quotes because this is clearly a bot responding to me. I've called the location, they said they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to help me. I submitted a customer service ticket 6 days ago to your website and no one from your company has responded even though the website said you respond within 24 hours. If you're a potential customer reading this, just avoid these people. Marijuana is a flooded market in California and you can easily find people that aren't looking to rip you off and will actually try to fix issues if they ever occur. Stiiizy is not one of those companies, avoid at all costs. – Art R

Absolutely LOVE this place, every.single.time I go to this location EVERYONE is so amazing, so nice, so patient and understanding, and everyone is so helpful. A worker there who literally brings a smile to my face every time I come in is Shea, she always greets me with such a warm smile and she really listens to my personal preferences and offers the best product for me.
