Better than Embarc! I hate to be like that but I have to tell the truth! Their prices are by far way more reasonable. No taxes galore like other dispensaries. What their listed price is is what you pay. On site atm if you need but they also accept card. As always cash is best. Friendly staff, nice & cool every visit on these hot afternoons, clean store inside & out. Wish the parking lot was bigger but if you're patient you can get a parking. – Amy

I tried the stilly stick, their own brand product, and got very little youth before it stopped working. I went back to the store and they said that sometimes they plug off because of quality control sometimes because they get too hot. I can promise you I didn’t get it too hot, but they offered nothing in the way of offsets because of the poor quality control. Don’t buy their branded products, The quality control sucks and they don’t stand behind the product at all. – Robert Hassebrock

It's a very well stocked store, and the prices are excellent. I've been here twice, but I won't be back to this location. The first time, the budtender was a young man who couldn't keep his mind on my transaction. He kept walking away and talking loudly to his coworkers, about things that had nothing to do with his work. That was annoying, but fine, his manager didn't seem to care. Today though, I had a female budtender who was condescending, inattentive, seemed to be wanting me out of these as quickly as possible, and she was very unclear about explaining the specials. I don't care to be spoken to as if I'm half witted, nor do I appreciate getting the bum's rush. Maybe the employees are better trained and more caring at the Oxnard Stiizy. – Kim Gray

I used to like going here but due to this last interaction with a so-called manager who has no people skills or customer service experience. No reason is ever acceptable to make your customers feel like they are lying or that they are an idiot. I’m all for standing by your product but not to the point where you make the one spending their money on said product feel dumb or that they are a liar. Also if your budtenders were more knowledgeable they would let said customer know the size difference of certain carts and batteries before they let them purchase them and then say oh well can’t help you now. What a horrible experience and horrible customer service. Was a fan but won’t be returning or recommending this business to any one. EMBARC is where it’s at anyway. What a joke this Stizzy location is. Not all experiences were bad and not once had I had to deal with this kind of service from here but because of this one time, I’m done with this place and recommend you not going here as well. – Daniel Kolbeck
