This is the first time ordering online for pickup at this location. It took no time to get it filled; I walked right in picked it up and left. People are friendly. It's a very nice storefront. The parking is subpar and left to be desired, but it is what it is. They have a large selection of items. The staff is very attentive and very knowledgeable. This dispo has amazing deals year-round; it's awesome, shout out to them. They have catalyst locations all over Southern California. If you're into this, stop by and check out what they have. I’ve been coming here frequently over the past 8 months. Experience within the last 3 weeks has been terrible. At first I gave them benefit of doubt. But after today I can’t go back. 1. Woman was rushing me and being rude because they were closing in 20 minutes. 2. I ordered a cart, received a disposable. 3. I go in today and was brought the wrong thing. I shouldn’t have to pull up a picture and show an employee every-time. I’m already doing half the work for you when I give you the exact product name that’s listed on the website and still manage to get the wrong thing. And why is the website not updated with product pictures would probably help employees find what they’re looking for. – andy

The woman at the reception was very rude, giving me many instructions on what to do and what not to do inside the store, something that had never happened to me before, and the young man who helped me couldn't tell me if there was anything on sale or not.
