Been coming here for at least 2 years now. Came in today and Ryan helped me. He told me about two promos they had going on which were too good to pass. I ended up placing a whole other order on top of the online order I came in to pick up. Good spot. Chill ppl. Great products – Frank Tepich

Horrible experience. Not compassionate or caring at all. I drove about an hour to to exchange a clogged cartridge. They didn’t honor the exchange because the return duration expired, but I explained to them that they didn’t have my strain in stock during the expiration period. To make it worse you can only access this location through a dirt road, That is very unstable and sketchy. This made my car covered in mud. This was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t tolerate leaving empty-handed after all this stress, so I went inside and asked the manager if there was anything that she could do to ease my stress. She remained unkind and said no, even though we all know, she is in a position to do something. I’ve been an extremely loyal customer this whole time. I am beyond disappointed, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone. – Trevor Wooldridge

Brian’s management skills need to be improved, his attitude was not it at all. Been coming here since post covid this was my first catalyst. I’ve never felt this way doing an exchange for a faulty cartridge. He blew it out of proportion, did not understand the returning procedure and there’s 10+ catalysts so he was creating new rules on the exchange policy. Had the audacity to tell me he’s gonna leave a note on my account , then when I’m shocked he mentions its only to let the next guy know i returned the cartridge. Brian let me know I can’t come back in and return the cartridge like 4 times in different ways that were offensive and careless. like this guy was saying wack things to create micro aggressions and it’s like bro I took extra time out of my day to leave whatever I was doing early so I can make it to your Dispemsary and drive through the wet muddy construction zone terrain , I did all that and you’re treating me like a bum , idk who broke his heart, but he needs to leave that energy at home and I’m afraid he brought it to work and he yelled at me at one point, ironically when I’m like what do you expect me to do with this cartridge if it tasted poisonous and he yells “ ITS NOT POISONOUS” I walked away in the end like this guy was like a robot reciting me to email jetty about company policy about further complaints. Sir I’m not making the complaint on the strain I’m making it on you and how you reacted . Every catalyst has the same rules, you manipulated the rules dwindling it down so I had little say in the matter. Not coming here again I’m done with this location . – Jennifer Dib
