While counting my money and deciding my budget the security guard cane up to my window asking if i had a handy cap placard????? Why are you coming upto a customer who is trying to decide budget before going in if shes allowed to park in the handy cap??? Usually this is my go to but today I asked for a disposable and when I got home and opened the package it turned out to be a cartridge. I brought it back right away and I was told I can’t exchange it out because it was opened. So I asked if they had any batteries at least at a discount since this isn’t my fault. A manager said yes I can discount the battery. He brought it down to $10. I go to pay and the total says $18. I ask the woman at the counter how much the debit charge is and she says $3. I said so why is it $18? She says “just press the green button on the machine” so I did and it says “charged $18”. This was super shady and I don’t feel comfortable spending money here again. – Dominic Cummins
The Catalyst is the absolute best dispensary in O.C. They have great deals and great flower. The Mystic Gelato is one of the best strains I have tried. The bud tenders are cool and knowledgeable. Online ordering comes in clutch. I would give them 10 stars if I could. – Mike Munoz
