I want to clarify that this is about the product, not the store or the excellent staff. I bought these exotic flowers to add variety to my collection, but without a doubt, these flowers have a horrible taste. I've never tasted anything this bad in 10 years. I don't know why, but I can't consume these flowers because the taste is simply intolerable. MATT — Awful Manager and Disrespectful | ZERO ST.ARS — Worst Experience in Over Six Years. I’ve been coming here for over six years and have always been a loyal customer — but after yesterday, I’ll never be back. I waited patiently in line for nearly 20 minutes, only to be completely disrespected by the manager, Matt. As soon as I reached the front, he told me I needed to move my car because “the neighbor might get mad.” I cooperated and moved it. But when I came back inside after following his directions, he told me again to move my car and re-park — right after I had just done exactly what he asked. At that point, it felt humiliating, targeted, and honestly had racial undertones. Even the young woman working beside him looked at him in disbelief, as if she couldn’t believe how rude and unnecessary his behavior was. This was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at this business. After years of loyalty and positive experiences, I was made to feel singled out and unwelcome. Management needs to seriously investigate how Matt treats customers, because no one should ever be spoken to or treated this way. Zero stars. Absolute worst experience in over six years. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — and I strongly recommend that other customers do the same until real leadership is put in place. – Francis
