★★☆☆☆ I’ve given Catalyst multiple chances, but the customer service keeps disappointing me. The front desk staff are usually friendly, but once I get inside, I’ve repeatedly dealt with budtenders who seem uninterested, avoid eye contact, and come across as dismissive or snobby. This isn’t based on one visit it’s happened several times, including at other Catalyst locations. Most recently, today , I had another interaction that felt cold and unwelcoming. I’m not a difficult customer. I come in knowing what I want, treat staff respectfully, and expect basic customer service in return. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years, so I understand bad days happen. But when the same issue keeps happening with different employees, it starts to feel like a bigger problem. I want to clarify that this is about the product, not the store or the excellent staff. I bought these exotic flowers to add variety to my collection, but without a doubt, these flowers have a horrible taste. I've never tasted anything this bad in 10 years. I don't know why, but I can't consume these flowers because the taste is simply intolerable. So be careful with this flower; I'll definitely have to throw away 14 grams, and that's sad. :( – Rodrigo Rodriguez
