I absolutely love this place, so you might be wondering about the 3 stars. I’ll get there. But first, let’s start with the positive. The employees behind the counter are some of the kindest & most helpful people with truly rare levels of dynamism in today’s customer service workplace. Whoever hires this staff is a rockstar. I’ve been here countless times & every single employee has been gracious with their time in helping me find what I need. They are all great at the or jobs. Additionally, the quality & quantity of product they have here is unmatched. The place is constantly busy, but the line always moves fast- I’m always in & out in like 5min. They have great daily deals & on holidays they really go out with some high value goodie bags. I have always preferred going here over another large name dispensary nearby. Unfortunately that might be changing. I was rushing my tail off to make it before closing time tonight & arrived @ ~9:50pm. Walked in the door & was somewhat rudely escorted out by security without much of an explanation. I’ve showed up later before & was easily able to get in & out within 2 minutes with what I needed. I typically find the security guards here kind & fun to talk to, so this was a jarring experience for sure. Anyway, hopefully this was just a one-off bad experience. So, I plan to give The Chronic one last visit to hopefully get that bad taste out of my mouth, because I’d love to revise this review & give them the 5 star review I know they deserve. Long story short: great business, just be aware that their posted hours are not accurate, so don’t plan on coming any time after 9:30pm unless you want to risk not getting in. Cheers! – Michael

Only issue I have 2 gram dispos only for Medical patients? Staff claim it’s a new law. I was surprised. Called my other local dispensary that sold 2 gram dispos and they are available to both rec and medical patients. Is this a local law? Can someone clarify. And provide that info? I was a bit in happy I was an able to get the 2g sluggers for delivery. – James Esparza
