Good selection and a wide variety of products, but the customer service is honestly terrible. I've been here three times now, and every visit has been the same. The products are great, but the staff are rude, off-putting, and not helpful. My last visit was probably the worst. I went with a friend who had never been there before and we only went there because this was the only place that had the drinks we wanted. We walked in and 2/4 budtenders were free. My friend simply said, "Hi," to one of them and asked if she was available to help us. She literally scoffed, gave him a dirty look like she was disgusted that he even spoke to her, and walked into the back room without saying a word. That left us with the other budtender, who also had no customers. She just stood there staring at us for about five minutes while on her phone. We finally had to ask if she was available, and she didn't even respond. She got off her phone, never said hi, never welcomed us, and the first thing out of her mouth was, "What do you want?" To make things worse, the drinks we came for were listed online at $10 each, but when we checked out they were closer to $13 each. We bought four drinks, so we expected around $40 plus tax, but the total came out to almost $52. We also asked about the first time discount since my friend was a first timer yet we got no response back and she proceeded to charge full price. I understand taxes exist, but at least be upfront about it or explain the pricing. Every other dispensary I've been to has done that. Here, they just said nothing. I won't be coming back anytime soon, and I'll continue telling people to go somewhere else unless this is literally the only place that has what they're looking for. We walked in excited to pick up our stuff, but after dealing with the employees, we all left annoyed. It wasn't even about the money. It was the fact that the entire experience made us feel like customers weren't wanted there. I've been to plenty of dispensaries, and they make you feel welcome and appreciated. This place does the exact opposite. The products are good, but the customer service is so bad that I'd recommend literally any other dispensary before this one. – Jr G
The Chronic has the best vibes, super chill and smart budtenders. They have the largest variety of products and they always have bomb deals going on! Miss Lexi and Denise are fantastic at their job I always enjoy coming to see them, they always have bomb recommendations. Give them a raise! – Gorge Correa
The employees are straight up not helpful at all, none of them have tried any brands other than stiiizy and sluggers or something. There's only one guy with glasses and a mid part and facial hair actually is helpful. Everyone else doesn't know what their talking about. The deals are also not deals at all it's basically regular price. I over heard 2 of the cashiers were drunk today as well. You'd never deal with this at a dispensary like catalyst. – Jay
