VERY BAD! THE WORSE SHOP I BEEN IN ALL OF CALI. FIRST, THEY HAD WRONG ORDER only one way right out of the 3 things I ordered on line smh THEN, HE HAS ME WAIT ON THE SIDE BECAUSE HE SAID HE HAD TO FIND WHAT I HAD ALREADY ORDERED 2 HOURS BE FIR HAND SO HE HELPS EVERYONE ELSE IN LINE MINE YOU IT WAS NOT 2 OR 4 PPL NO IT WAS 10 11 PPL AFTER ME!!! STIIZY should not be the entire store. The quality of products is beyond consumption. The turnaround from the beloved coastal shop to STIIZY was insane, and WAY too fast. The brand doesn’t care what You put inside Your bodies, with some harvest dates being 10/30/25 and still green-others tasting like pure chemicals; and They didn’t even honor the original shop’s discounts/the minimum They could’ve done after the take over. 12 whole stores for STIIZY might be too much, if THIS is already a start. – Aleks Provocateur

Great Product and great service but their delivery driver needs to get out of the passing lane if he’s gonna drive under 60 miles an hour. There’s dozens of cars trying to go around him while he’s camped out in the fast lane impeding traffic causing multiple unnecessary lane changes and being a hazard to others. We’ve tried flashing our lights beeping, our horn and waving at him to move over that he persists mile after mile from Goleta to Summerland holding pace while everyone honk the horn and goes around him. The left lane is for passing if you are not passing or maintaining a safe speed use the other two lanes – Tyler M

If I could give a 0 star I would. I’ve been going here for almost a year and a couple of months ago an employee who was helping me check out asked me if I was attacking some lady in the Ralph’s parking lot next door the night before. To be honest I thought he was joking because who would accuse a customer of something like that. I told him no it wasn’t me but he persisted in thinking it was me. It has bothered me every time I go in there now so I finally confronted him about it and asked if he actually really thought it was me. He said yes because I guess he thought I looked like the guy. Then he proceeded to get in my face about it and accused me again. I have never had this happen before and I’m in absolute shock and very disappointed that a place I have loved going to for so long would allow their employee to treat a customer like this. – Dijmo Products
