The selection is great, but can’t really say I’ve ever had a glowing experience talking to staff here at Coastal, or the real gem of a fella at the door. I’ve met friendlier people working at the DMV. I’ve stayed loyal to this spot every time I’m in Santa Barbara, but I’m ready to move on. – Hunter Halsted

This is probably one of the lowest rating dispensaries in Santa Barbra County that I’ve been too. Selection is outdated and very minimal, staff is extremely unpleasant, their security guard in the front is probably one of the rudest, impatient disrespectful human beings in the hospitality industry. this corporate dispensary should reevaluate they’re hiring process You’ll have a better experience in any other dispensary in town. Customer service was terrible.n Security guards threatened to beat me up all 3 were just unprofessional, very unprofessional. I do believe all the good Comments are staged. Great Product and great service but their delivery driver needs to get out of the passing lane if he’s gonna drive under 60 miles an hour. There’s dozens of cars trying to go around him while he’s camped out in the fast lane impeding traffic causing multiple unnecessary lane changes and being a hazard to others. We’ve tried flashing our lights beeping, our horn and waving at him to move over that he persists mile after mile from Goleta to Summerland holding pace while everyone honk the horn and goes around him. The left lane is for passing if you are not passing or maintaining a safe speed use the other two lanes – Tyler M
