Flora Farms Stateline Dispensary

Always enjoy going to Flora!!! But it's very noticeable that things have changed over the last couple months. New management I would say, the music is lower, wait times are MUCH longer, the awesome tip jars are gone, not as many registers open at busy times, and this last time I was there July 3 obviously very busy full of people and the building was so hot. Seriously blows my mind that a business making so much money doesn't have adequate AC !!!! Several fans going blowing around the hot stinky air but very uncomfortable. People were fanning themselves! I will say as always your budtenders customer service is top notch. – Monty Dearing

I gave the extra star because I have met wonderful efficient employees but recently these visits seem longer and longer. Almost like a Dr appointment ! I visit this place nearly every week so you can imagine the amount of money I invest here, and while I understand that occasional errors can happen, I find it frustrating to wait an additional 30 minutes in-store for a drive-thru order. I was unaware that they no longer accept debit cards that only swipe, so I brought my card without a chip. Instead of being directed inside for assistance with my pickup, I ended up waiting again just to be told the swipe also doesn’t work inside. No fuss! I got cash at the atm and paid, but it didn’t change my experience at all. It’s become a repetitive experience to wait so long and conversations with customers shouldn't take more than 5 minutes if you’re not selling product. Again, regular clients just want in and out. This isn't the first time I've experienced delays like this which prompted me to share my experience in a review. – Nat Romero

I’ve always had a great experience at this store. The hospitality is refreshing. Today was exceptional with the assistance of Tanner. Was genuine in helping navigate what my needs are. Broke down the compounds/combinations of terpenes in a comprehensible way. – Donovan Johnson

Alex and Chloe, and My other friend who I can’t remember her name but she had the tattoo on her chin, and Austin , always take the best care of Me. I love walking in and seeing their amazing smiling faces. Yall Couldn’t have a better staff with them. ( rest of yall too) but these people have seen me low and high 😉 and always loved me! So thankful for the amazing Knowledgable staff at flora! Yall keep on shining and making everyone’s lives better one herb at a time! ❤️ – Kara Cate
