Overall, a great experience. Editing from my initial 1 star review as it’s usually a 5 star experience. However, in the event there is an issue with the order, it has been difficult to reconcile. Make sure your order is right when they read it back to you and that you can see through plastic otherwise they will tell you that you are the problem if you SPECIFICALLY ask for something and they give you something else. It will be impossible to return but if you do manage to, then they will bully you if you do try to return it “you know that’s going straight to the dumpster” okay well that’s not my fault? What? Had some really great experiences, but when they mess up they just yell at you and I’m not sure I’m interested in giving my business here anymore. – Meghan Byrnes

These nice folks take such good care of me. I can't say enough nice things about them. They're knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and they all put up with my sense of humor, there are even some fellow nerds there, and I've had nice chats every single encounter without fail. I have also gone there not feeling great, and they're polite enough to notice when someone may not want to chat. They'll help you get what you need, even if you don't know what you want or need, and they'll do their very best to take care of you as quickly and kindly as possible. And I'm only describing the staff. The business side is really great, too. I am always getting credits, discounts for various reasons, birthday discounts, etc. They have some reasonably priced, high quality products. They have expensive stuff, too. They basically have something for everyone, not to get too specific on this. Look, there's even a drive through that's actually more useful and flexible than your initial impressions might think. They'll be happy to explain what I mean. Anyway. They basically have a customer for life with me. if someone takes up 30 minutes of time in the drive thru (not kidding) you should probably send them inside instead of inconveniencing all the other people waiting in like for their order that’s already ready. People pay way too much to be waiting that long, what’s the point of your drive thru? This is a consistent issue that they just don’t pay any attention to, so i will leave a negative review for my negative experience. – Skyla C.
