You guy’s need to take your time and make sure the customer doesn’t want to use a coupon before you complete my order. I used online pay and I had a $25 coupon that I couldn’t use because the lady closed out my order before I could give her the coupon and she claimed she couldn’t void out the order. I had to pay full price for something I could’ve gotten a discount on which makes the coupons pointless. – Robert Losha

picked up a cartridge and drove home only to realize it was busted open causing wax to spill all over the place, so then I drove back to the store and they still tell me to “put the cart back in my pocket so it’s not in view of the camera” so I told the person it was too sticky to do that. They ended up replacing the cart but didn’t even offer me a pre roll or anything 👎 like c’mon I drove home and still went all the way back. Terrible experience here – alexis garfias

I was in the area, meandering about really digging the morning. It was my day off, The Birthday Masaacre whole catalog in rotation. Window shopping, just rolling through a part of town I hadn't hoofed through for a while. I have a medical card and for economy sake, I try to stick with my usual dispensary but thought it would be a good idea to check out how the rec places operate. Here's what it liked: The shop was just a little smaller than average. It felt cozy, colorful and brightly lit. Front door staff and security folks were both friendly and greeted me warmly. Its recreational but they do offer a discount for med patients. Thats cool. It appears that it's discount season in the herb biz right now so most things were already discounted hugely. In short the prices are RIGHT. I havent done item to item comparison of costs but it looks, to me, that with other discount and promos and whatnot prices looked just about as good as what one may expect doing the card at a medical designated spot. The attendant that I interacted with was friendly and not just a little humorous, crackin jokes, very chill. (I suck so bad with names. We ARE talking about retail THC a-la carte) She was quite helpful and spoke with confidence about the products. I just picked up a 2g disposable vape. Trust me, there ARE indeed, many important variables in choosing. My person of the morning was right there with me in collaboration. I got out with exactly what I needed. Potent, tasty, and HUGE. Im still honking on this bad boy. Purchasing as a first time customer, I was also easily enrolled with Bud n Rita on the spot which now makes all my basics available, including the med discount off the top, automatic. Ive been back twice since my initial visit. Bud N Rita got a good operation in West Town. I think this is a kind of reflection of the Herb biz in Chicago. Over the years since going legal, this experience strikes me as a small shift, new gen, what if I said NEW WAVE? I can get with that.
