You guy’s need to take your time and make sure the customer doesn’t want to use a coupon before you complete my order. I used online pay and I had a $25 coupon that I couldn’t use because the lady closed out my order before I could give her the coupon and she claimed she couldn’t void out the order. I had to pay full price for something I could’ve gotten a discount on which makes the coupons pointless. – Robert Losha

Very misleading experience. The store advertised 40% off the entire store for 4/20, but when I checked out, several items were still charged at regular price. When I asked about it, the teller said the “regular price” was actually the discounted price — but that was never clearly stated anywhere in the promotion. If you advertise 40% off the entire store, customers should see transparent pricing and actual savings at checkout, not confusing explanations after the fact. I ended up paying the same price I’ve paid before the so-called sale. Disappointing and feels deceptive. – Jay Nicole

I had such a great experience at Bud and Rita’s Dispensary in West Town! Mac was absolutely amazing and so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and they went out of their way to make the experience feel special and welcoming for us. – Inaija Butler

picked up a cartridge and drove home only to realize it was busted open causing wax to spill all over the place, so then I drove back to the store and they still tell me to “put the cart back in my pocket so it’s not in view of the camera” so I told the person it was too sticky to do that. They ended up replacing the cart but didn’t even offer me a pre roll or anything 👎 like c’mon I drove home and still went all the way back. Terrible experience here – alexis garfias
