The best staff of any dispensary. I especially like running into Lamar or Ashli. They always seem to be the bud tenders who are in the best moods and passing out those positive vibes. Also. People may comment on the prices but I think they are cheaper a lot of times than the places I’ll go to in the burbs. And there are always specials and killer deals if you ask for help. Definitely pricey in comparison to other dispensaries but you are paying for convenience of location and great service. Staff is super attentive and welcoming. Check out process is usually quick and easy if you pre-order. – Andrew J

Great atmosphere, clean displays, and super friendly staff make Dispensary 33 a fun option especially for those plodding around the western part of Randolph Street looking for something extracurricular. Things can move a bit slow for the checkout – atms are available, but having cash ready helps move it along. And there’s a little arcade if you want to pass the time. every time i think to come here i always leave disappointed and/or annoyed. first off, they don’t honor medical cards and offer a “discount” but it doesn’t stack with whatever other special they do. last time i specifically asked the budtender for a 1g sativa cart, cost seemed comparable to my fave dispensary (nuera on north street) and i TRUSTED them to ring me correctly, so didnt think to check the receipt. low and behold the $50+ order for a battery (which wasnt even charged) and what I thought was a 1g cart, was actually a 0.5g cart 😒 i’m paying way more here they should at least get the customer service part right – Bailey-Marie Schmid
