Great atmosphere, clean displays, and super friendly staff make Dispensary 33 a fun option especially for those plodding around the western part of Randolph Street looking for something extracurricular. Things can move a bit slow for the checkout – atms are available, but having cash ready helps move it along. And there’s a little arcade if you want to pass the time. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the gentleman that assisted me(I wanna say Charlie), but he had long brown hair was severely helpful in the greatest way, although I had never been there and wide eyed like a lost possum, Was really excited to visit a dispensary, And just overall, the experience was super chill super quick on a Saturday. The staff was not only fun to look at Because it seemed like all of them had great comedic timing, they were a fun group of people. It was overall a wonderful experience, I bought a green grinder and $300 worth of premium flower, with some gift cards that were given to me by a client. I was very satisfied with the product. And yes, it is very sticky. Although I was disturbed at the plastic container that my product came in as I struggled to open it, lol You have to twist it…. But it’s such a pretty piece of plastic it’s like do I throw this away? Can I donate this back to them? …….oh well! Thank you for a great time. Have a good day. – MrAndreCarter

So I came in here for the 1st time because they were the only ones open till 10. The lady at the front was very nice and even mentioned if I created an account that I would receive 10$ off. Well I thought that was great news. I get in side and not sure how to go about creating the account so I asked the security guard and he just said they will take the 10$ off when I get to the front desk. Ok so I paced my order at the kiosk and go to the front desk. I then show my id and the lady goes and tells me my total for the 1/8 however neglects to mention as a first time buyer that I would receive 10$ off. So I mentioned it again since 2 other employees suggested it. She adds that it has to be a also a purchase of 30$ or more. This was never mentioned from other employees. One guy behind the desk half black dude, raised his voice and was very combative and wanted to argue. He was quick to abuse power and not want to serve me because I had mentioned that the 30$ or more purchas was never said to me. This was no big deal. I carried on and added an additional 1/8 this guy insisted that I was to be oke because they don't have to serve me. Again I never go here but to be quick to throw someone out because your employees were giving misleading information. This guy goes oh you think wer going to get fired or something. I just replied ok because I felt that this guy was r ally going to not serve me. Is this really how y'all treat your customers? – Bear Os
