This used to be my favorite place, but their new website is a complete disaster. It screwed up my order, gave me the wrong total, and created nothing but confusion. The entire place was full of frustrated customers tonight, and the staff looked completely overwhelmed dealing with problems they didn’t create. Whoever approved this new system seriously dropped the ball. If they don’t go back to the old one fast, they’re going to lose a lot of loyal customers. – Natina Mcconachie

Been a loyal customer here for years, but my last two orders was really dried out/crispy/old…and its been more of a miss than a hit lately. I justified it by being a fluke, but the new website RAISED all prices 20-30% when the taxes used to be built in to the listed price. I am going to go out of my way to the outlet downtown or maybe to MI instead now because the over inflated cost isn't worth the convenience anymore. From the reviews looks like I am not the only customer disappointed by the new website and exorbitant markup. – Shannon
