Very nice staff, great selection, in and out quick. Only thing that would get yall 5 stars if you guys would stop keeping the terminal fee. Some tenders and selective if they offer you the money back or not. Most lately have just been keeping it. Some give it back if you use debit. – Carl Dean

My husband and I I have just started coming here on a few occasions and loved the products and sales. The staff is less than helpful and very discouraging about purchasing torches sold there. We were suprised by our cashiers lack of awareness and lack of kindness. He told us not to buy the torch we were looking at and go to the gas station instead. He then told us it’s our fault for not remembering our free gift for our third visit, which is an eighth. So we have to go back and make another purchase to receive the gift we should’ve gotten for our third visit. He told us we need to remember and was condescending annd cold about it, We are definitely disappointed by the service we received and hope his lack of experience is the issue. – Shannon Smith

This is the 3rd time I've purchased a pre roll from Curaleaf. It's been 3 different locations one in Melrose Park one in Worth and now in Westmont. All 3 locations pack the pre roll way too tight that it's not smokable. Do not put hase pre rolls from any Curaleaf locations it's a waste of money. – Peter Valez

Each person you get has different rules. I come in with a 15% coupon from jewel osco thats stackable and depending on who cashes you out. Its pretty shitty that some do and some dont. That's bad business and makes me not want to go bsck because they dont honor anything. 15% is nothing to them besides a position of power and telling me no. Horrible service cashier 71549 lady with short hair. Just bad customer service especially to loyalty members. – Stephanie Wolff
