Curaleaf IL Westmont Dispensary

Was just there and I was just there with my man and his ID expires at midnight May 13th and she refused to let us in. I tried to explain to her that the ID doesn't expire until midnight but she wasn't understanding me. Really you guys need to do better on hiring people that understand the system. She literally had a totally blonde moment and to be honest she was blond too LOL. We just started coming here not too long ago but you literally just lost customers and good customers at that – Janie Gandara

The prices are not fixed which means what you see on the screen is subject to change which makes it annoying when you have the exact amount of cash. ATM fees are not nice. I don’t know why this dispensary doesn’t provide better deals and more substantial offers for their prices. 20 dollars for a mid tier pre roll is crazy. – IGR

I made a purchase last Saturday 01/20/2024 opened the product on Sunday. The product was more than half gone, the box was soaked, and the lid was not screwed on properly. I promptly emailed the company, waiting till Tuesday to call. Was told I'd hear something via email by Wednesday or Friday. Well, Friday comes around, and I don't hear anything. I called again, being asked for my information, and told it'll be passed along to the manager. Now, as of today, Saturday the 27th, I've yet to hear anything. This is a horrible way to treat customers, let alone medical patients or veterans. I plan on calling when they open. I assure you I'll never give them my business again regardless of the situation being resolved or not. I'd rather drive a few hours to some where that cares about its customers – Talbot Sollenberger

Ashley is my favorite budtender. Always has great recommendations and really knows the products and current deals well at all times. She never lets me miss a deal – hey you’re buying this for $35 – but it’s 2 for $40 for example!!!!! Love that! She really cares and does a great job. – Janson Beilke-Skoug
