This place has very good prices! Unfortunately, it has seemed to go downhill since they opened! I noticed the restrooms are not clean like they used to be, And there is a lot of garbage outside! Honestly, it looks kind of sketchy! I will post pictures below! Other than that, they have a good selection and the price is good! – Pedro Garcia
A bad experience for me , they asked me to get a debit card I got one and later they didn't charged me for the amount. They gave me cash and charged 5$ for the processing fee. I don't think this is how it should work, that means they are scamming every debit card holder through this. I said to the cashier I don't want cash they were really adamant and rude. Very bad experience after I talked to the manager too she was very rude too. – shaurya singh
All of the recent 5 star reviews seem sketchy and inauthentic, as if they are from a bunch of friends or bought reviews. This is the worst dispensary in town. Their customer service at the door is on the verge of rude, and their budtenders inside seem like they have a script to read and are forcefully nice in the most inauthentic intrusive way. Their service is slow, their prices are higher than most, and their deals are misleading. At the bottom of my receipt I was told if I spent $75 I could get a half gram cart for $5 of my choosing of a select brand. When I try to redeem the deal in store the guy quite literally said that they were told by management that day that they changed the rules and I would not be allowed to pick from a selection, they will pick for me. I wouldn't have even considered going if that was the case, but I was already there. So after spending over $100 I don't even have the luxury of picking out my $5 "deal". It was just product that they wanted to get rid of and charge $5 for. My issue, be honest and upfront, tell me from the get go what the stipulations are, don't make new "rules" whenever you feel like it. They have the worst customer service, and their all around vibe is the worst in town. Go to any other dispensary in town. – Aimi Quigley
Sunnyside is Amazing! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dispensary in the area. The employees are friendly and incredibly helpful. They recognize reoccurring customers and the environment in the store is joyful and fun. Today I was helped by Deejay, who is just the sweetest! But honestly I'm sorry I havent been keeping track of everyone's names to give them a larger shoutout here! I would recommend Sunnyside just based on their employees but they have a lot of other benefits too. Their website and reward system are extremely easy to use and they have regular sales/promotions. They also offer regular coupons at the bottom of their receipts, so you can get regular discounts and deal. And this time of year (December-ish) they run a scratch off reward system full of awesome prizes. – Finola McMahon
Very safe and accessible place. Great deals, and even better service. Branson was very knowledgeable when it came to the strains and their effectiveness. He was enthusiastic and very engaging. He certainly helped make it a very cool and memorable experience. Definitely coming back soon! – Ryan Norris
