What People Are Saying

This place has very good prices! Unfortunately, it has seemed to go downhill since they opened! I noticed the restrooms are not clean like they used to be, And there is a lot of garbage outside! Honestly, it looks kind of sketchy! I will post pictures below! Other than that, they have a good selection and the price is good! – Pedro Garcia

I have came here several times. I always enjoy everyone's attitude, usually upbeat and energetic. Chris is always very pleasant and chee is always super nice and makes sure your good to go. Also there is more staff that deserve credit the girl who wears the bandana to check in people always super nice. Just a nice place and people all around! Parking lot sucks, the only thing that is crappy! Also Cole is a good one too. 😆 – Chelsi Wilson

Hi. I had an awful health event at Sunnyside in Champaign. I had been out to dinner for my birthday. We had dinner. We had one drink. I had also smoked some weed, which is more regular for me. That was it. I have Crohn’s disease for 44 years. I’ve had a lot of intestine removed. I live with chronic and urgent poopy problems. I run chronically dehydrated. Well we’re in a heat wave and I generally try to stay on top of hydration, but I must’ve gotten behind and my blood pressure tanked and I fainted in the bathroom, smacked my head on the floor. I don’t remember fainting and I don’t remember hitting my head. What I do remember, and This is the most important part of my review, is that an angel of a young lady, a security guard named Lynette, was on her knees at my side, asking me if I was OK, telling me I hit my head, telling me I’m OK I’m here with you. Meanwhile, I had already crapped my pants while I fainted. She was sitting there with “Miss shitty pants” telling me it was OK. I was so embarrassed. I felt so sick in the moment. It was really an awful moment for me, but Lynette was so kind and so caring. I want to give love and a shout out to Lynette. There’s nothing worse than being in a situation where you have no idea what just happened yet this kind loving soul is sitting right there making me feel cared for and less embarrassed. She helped me get onto the toilet. I saw the mess that I had left and she said don’t worry about it. I’m in a dress. I’m full of shit and this kind soul calmed my extremely upset nerves. The paramedics came and helped. I actually had to clean poop off myself while a paramedic stood there and said just clean yourself up and we can get you going. I wanted to clean the floor I wanted to clean the toilet. He said ma’am it’s OK. You need to let this go. It was a horrific traumatic experience. I got multiple bags of fluid in the ER and it turned out I was dehydrated and my blood pressure tanked. I’m a regular face at this location and I can’t tell you how embarrassed I was. I went and spoke with the manager the next morning to apologize for this horrific moment and I know it was out of my control, but it was still awful. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lynette. The manager, Nan, told me Lynette works in the evening and I’m going to be paying her a visit because I need to hug this girl and say thank you. She was so kind and caring to me and I think she needs to be recognized for that. I can’t be more grateful. Nan was very caring and understanding when I went to speak with her the next day. They were concerned for my health. I know a mess can be cleaned up, but there is nothing better than kind souls who try to make an awful situation less awful. I’m so thankful and grateful for these people. – Dana Seiden

A bad experience for me , they asked me to get a debit card I got one and later they didn't charged me for the amount. They gave me cash and charged 5$ for the processing fee. I don't think this is how it should work, that means they are scamming every debit card holder through this. I said to the cashier I don't want cash they were really adamant and rude. Very bad experience after I talked to the manager too she was very rude too. – shaurya singh

Came in and the process was fantastic. Super fast touchscreens for ordering and easily understandable! Tom/tim i believe helped me, older gentleman with a beard and a beanie, made the checkout so pleasant and friendly. Best dispensary in this town!! – MotionCapped
