Fountain Superstore

Clearly states they take last call at 8:50 and these are every day hours. We showed up 20 minutes before closing and sadly the closing manager obviously lied to us that there were 12 people inside even though there was 1 vehicle in the parking lot other than the employees and she wouldn’t be able to check me out in time. Must have been a clown van if there were 12 people in that vehicle. There is only 1 entrance and exit in the front of the building which she was closing as well which is clear there were not that many customers. I do like this store and the employees have been great, but employees closing early is super unprofessional. Or staff your store to be able to serve your customers until posted hours. – Sara Kast

Only put 5 stars so people will see this. Edited after response, as a manager if I knew this is a consistent occurrence with customers in my store I would want to be proactive, and transparent for customers. There wasn't people in the lobby, we left and sat in the parking lot next door writing this review. It seems that's your response to everyone who seems to say they have the same issue.Why not make business hours until 8:45. Be transparent with your customers!!!! Don't go here they close 20 mins early with a sign saying they close at 9. This is unprofessional when you have multiple customers in the parking lot. – Jacqueline Binion

This store was by far the best laid floor plan. It was so easy to walk through and see and understand the products and pricing. Big shout out to Matthew!!! Edited to add: I came back again based on the owners quick reply. It is still a jumbled mess with rec and med products all mixed and displayed together. Staff is wonderful as always, but there is only so much they can do with such a disastrous layout. Bummer! I've always loved coming here — the budtenders are incredible: knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their customer service is a big part of why I’ve been a loyal customer for years. That said, the new setup has made the shopping experience really frustrating. With medical and recreational products now mixed together and products all over, it feels chaotic and disorganized. It’s hard to know where to go or what’s available, and that confusion takes away from what used to be an enjoyable and informative visit. I miss being able to talk with the budtenders about their favorite products or get their insight on something new to try. Now, they’re constantly having to explain the layout, blue tape, yellow tape, direct people where to look, or search for items that are scattered across the store. It’s not their fault — it’s the setup. I really don’t want to find a new dispensary, but at this point, it feels like a better option than continuing to navigate the chaos it has become. Super friendly staff, good medical selection, will be back. I recently received my medical card and visited the store for the first time. I was shown the best items for my needs and was encouraged to ask anything I wanted about items I wanted more info for. I picked up 4 vapes due to a "sale" basically buy 1 get one 50% off or.. buy 3 get one free. I tried out 3 different strains/flavors and have been happy with the results. Anyway, I couldn't have asked for a more polite or professional service and could not have been happier afterward. I'm looking forward to returning. – Robert Calloway
