It was very disappointing to reach your location at 8:45 PM and actually be inside the door when the associate tells you that they close soon, and maybe they can take one of us. We waited for someone else to come get us due to your strange policy of letting one person in at a time, and then we were told since it's past 8:50 PM, we cannot be serviced. Me and two other parties. Especially when you're always in and out getting the same type of product with no deliberation, only delayed by the employees getting your item and checking you out. I was thoroughly disgusted with the experience and honestly haven't wanted to return since. Especially when you advertise that you close at 9:00 PM, and it was an honest mistake on my part thinking it was 10:00 PM. I was there at 8:45 PM — not 8:50 PM. And it's misleading to say you're open until 9:00 PM when you let your employees dismiss people at 8:45 PM so they can what — leave right at 9:00 PM? No half-hour store maintenance to be done? She even said maybe if the other guy comes back, he can take you. Instead, he just came out with her when they made the choice to kick us out of the store. The service is so-so and you hardly answer your phone. My boyfriend also has shown the same ID several times, and they always act like it's not in the system, delaying our entry almost every time. You have a few employees that are lacking in the service and consideration areas from what I've seen. Luckily, we have other options in the area. But it's still disappointing being a customer for a while and experiencing something like this. Especially when it was your go-to. EDIT RESPONSE TO OWNER: Thank you for clarifying your store policies. Perhaps a sign posted somewhere or some sort of email that explains this would have been appreciated. Still, I was a customer waiting early enough before others came in after me. I still was very displeased to hear that maybe they could take one of us, which would have been me since I just wanted a vape cart 2x, only to wait several minutes and then be kicked out of the store after waiting. It was 8:50 PM, and my transaction would have been finished by 8:55 PM. I understand not wanting to service a late rush, but you should probably post that up somewhere or lock the doors after a certain time like other locations do. It would be great to hear more about your new cash and dash policy so I could continue to go to your location and be quickly done with my business there. – Megan Davis

Walked in to multiple loud conversations taking place in the lobby (no big deal) waited for a few minutes as they finished their chat. Was standing there with licenses in hand and never even had someone look at me (I was the only other person in there) after another minute or two I left. This shop could have the best products and prices and I would still driver further to go anywhere else. – Ricky Sweeney

Honestly, this place is hands down the best dispensary around! The vibe is super chill, but what really stands out is how much the staff actually knows their stuff. They have tons of experience and don't just try to sell you random things—they actually listen to what you're looking for and give perfect recommendations. My budtender was awesome, incredibly patient, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Top-tier selection, great energy, and an all-around amazing experience. Locations is great!! Very convenient less than a mile from house which is amazing, but everytime I go in there, there are only two employees working for one of the busiest dispos I’ve seen in the springs! Location is great but it’s Rec now in the springs, please staff more people so the lobby doesn’t have 15 people with one at a time! 45 min wait is stupid! Spent that time traveling and buyingb but I would still be in the lobby here – Carson Webster
