I love and dread coming here. Great prices and selection. Great Staff except for this one lady. Idk if she doesn't like me or if it just happens to me but EVERY time she helps me its like she is having the worst day ever and like helping me is the biggest inconvenience of her life. Never a smile. Never friendly. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!! Everytime I work with her. I've always worked in customer service and i could never imagine acting like that to someone every single time I see them. I wish I could ask to have someone else help me. Everyone else is always super friendly nice and helpful. Thank you to them and to her, sorry for whatever causes your horrible attitude. The good ones why I keep coming back. – Milehigh Money

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU JUST TURNED 21!! Went to Colorado for my 21st bday trip and stopped in to try and pick up my online order. The security guard checked my old ID and new paper one to verify I am in fact 21 and let me in. Was greeted by a skinny older guy with a kinda long beard and glasses and he asked to check my ID, I handed him both and he only looked at the old hard copy that has expired and started getting an attitude saying that I didn’t have a valid id and he wouldn’t serve me or my boyfriend who is 22. Idk how old this dude is but he needs to know that nowadays you don’t get a hard copy until 30-60 after you turned 21. My old id also scanned at other dispensaries and liquor stores but it also has the exact matching info as my old one and same license number. It also shows when it was issued and expires. Other lady in there seemed very nice tho. – Paigee McFerson
