Elijah who sold me the seed and smith topical pain relief product was VERY nice. When I was leaving the store after purchasing only the one product of topical pain relief, I exited the store and the security guard at the front door was standing with the front door yelling at me to not come back, several times aggressively telling me to NEVER come back. I looked around and there other people around in sight, I was so confused and intimidated that by how aggressive he was yelling at me that I just got in my car, locked my door and took off. I had first went to the location on Potomac and Alameda but they were out of the topical product at that location so they advised me to go to the colfax and 225 location because they had that product in stock but was seriously scared when I was leaving. I have no idea what I did to be banned and intimidated by this security door guy at dispensary. He was a white bald man, not sure if he is mentally challenged or what but it was not ok at all and I will NEVER return to any location again. – Nicole Gates

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU JUST TURNED 21!! Went to Colorado for my 21st bday trip and stopped in to try and pick up my online order. The security guard checked my old ID and new paper one to verify I am in fact 21 and let me in. Was greeted by a skinny older guy with a kinda long beard and glasses and he asked to check my ID, I handed him both and he only looked at the old hard copy that has expired and started getting an attitude saying that I didn’t have a valid id and he wouldn’t serve me or my boyfriend who is 22. Idk how old this dude is but he needs to know that nowadays you don’t get a hard copy until 30-60 after you turned 21. My old id also scanned at other dispensaries and liquor stores but it also has the exact matching info as my old one and same license number. It also shows when it was issued and expires. Other lady in there seemed very nice tho. – Paigee McFerson

I place an order here where I found a wonderful Online deal. However when I arrive for pickup they said they never received my order although I had an order number. Ted i believe he said was his name refuse to give me the product even though the other manager told him to apply the discount. Unfortunately he played along like he was going to do it and then as soon as she left for lunch she made all these excuses. He was a complete jerk from the second I walked in so I definitely feel like it was some bias. Ted has no customer service and due to him I will never shop at Green Solution again although I've been a customer for over 20 years as well as an employee in the past. – Lilah E
