She was awesome. She actually knew who I was before. I walked up and I’ve never seen her before in my life lol she handed my stuff and then she says is there anything else I may get you? I said yes there is I need some of this stuff do you have it and it was some random ounce she said let me go look. She came back with it. It looked good. It was 20 bucks. Can’t beat it and then she gave me a free ounce for being there before noon. She’s awesome. She knew what she was doing. She’s good people. Only thing is I feel bad for her cause she represents something That would sell stuff that looks like this But they advertise what they did – Kc Jo

Double check your online orders. Wrong orders twice. I enjoy the products and there are some great workers. However there’s a lot of people who don’t really care much about helping you and it shows. Making it really hard to know what’s in stock, and getting different information depending on which cashier you ask. Additionally their website has information that might not correctly reflect the product you receive. I understand that restocks will happen and the thc percentage might not be exact. However when you make an online order for a product claiming it has almost 40% Thc and you end up getting 23% thc, that was at least warranted a conversation. However I bought a 70 pack of prerolls, with a mix of flavors, I had added 25 of the most potent preroll that was available. So why was it the least potent preroll in the package. Not to mention that without my consent the order was doubled. You can only order 15 concentrates in one order, so I had multiple. The cashier gave me no information about my order and claimed someone else put it together. They then told me what I owed, and didn’t go over anything in my order. Just pay and go on your way. On the way to the car I knew I should have checked the ordered, but I trusted that the order would be correct and I had 6 hours to get back home. But no, for the second time my online order is incorrect. I like Urb but it’s the only dispensary in town that I can’t trust my online order will correct. – Hazel Gray

Was in there on Dec 22nd (right before Christmas) and the person working with me he said his name was Ace. That guy was a true honest sales man. He doesn't lie just to make a sell. Helped me with a few different questions I had and also what he thought I would like or what he thought I wouldnt be happy with. His knowledge of different products was impeccable. Kept a smile on his face the entire time, friendly and exceptionally professional. Big ups to Jackson and Bradley!! .My second visit to Urb and once again it did not disappoint. Arrived early on Valentine’s Day and was able to snag a Hot Box filled to the brim with free goodies. Jackson was so cool, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. Left Urb to hit up another dispo in the area and let me tell you this. Never again! Headed right back to Urb and had the pleasure of working with Bradley. Equally as amazing as Jackson. So knowledgeable and patient as me and my daughter tried to figure out our orders. From the friendly staff at checkin to the dope music while you wait to the phenomenal budtenders to the cool security fellow that sends you away with a warm smile. This is the spot. Kudos Urb.
