URB Cannabis Dispensary Monroe

Very disappointed with my experience at URB Cannabis Monroe on 5/24/26. This was my first time visiting after driving 3 hours on my only day off, and unfortunately the customer service completely ruined the experience. Our cashier, Debra T at Register 10, was rude and dismissive from the start. She initially pushed an expensive option on us, and when we politely declined, her attitude immediately changed. She became very nasty, unhelpful, and acted like she didn’t want to assist us with finding what we were actually looking for. Multiple times she claimed products were unavailable until another cashier corrected her and pointed out there was literally a whole box of the product available. The interaction only got worse during checkout, where she even became confused about the amount of money I handed her. The entire experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Despite still spending money there, I ended up leaving with a product I didn’t even really want because of how poorly the interaction went. I expected much better customer service, especially after making such a long drive to visit this location. Very disappointing first impression. Photo is proof of this incident. – Sabrina

Stopped by here this morning for the first time, and it was a great experience from top to bottom. From the appearance of the building, the inviting and friendly energy from the girls checking you in, the people when you are leaving the store, the tender, and the product/price points. New customers receive 35% off their first visit, and there is a rewards program you can enroll in. Nicole J was who took care of me, and she was great. Probably my best experience to date of interactions and vibes. I gave her a budget, told her the tier of products I was wanting and the effects I prefer to experience, and how I'd like to split it up. She arranged a great lineup for me and gave her personal feedback with what she believed would best suite me. We constructed a nice variety bag that checked all my boxes, and under budget which was good for both of us. Very light and breezy interaction, lots of laughs, and the product is 👌 chef's kiss. I came as a frequent shopper at PUFF, but was so glad I ventured off. Way less transactional, way more personable. This will be my new go to. If you're looking at reviews, just go. Urb did not disappoint today I came in to shop Da Cut per usual, and Da cut was surprisingly closed. Betty over here at Urb was so pleasant and knowledgeable, a great person to have an amazing conversation with! Can't wait to come back – Belinda Grose

Was in there on Dec 22nd (right before Christmas) and the person working with me he said his name was Ace. That guy was a true honest sales man. He doesn't lie just to make a sell. Helped me with a few different questions I had and also what he thought I would like or what he thought I wouldnt be happy with. His knowledge of different products was impeccable. Kept a smile on his face the entire time, friendly and exceptionally professional.
