I walked in with my dog Patrick to find some flower, and Cara assisted me in finding the ideal type of indica/hybrid flower that I was looking for. She recommended two options, which I was able to smell and see, and checked me out via a 3rd party payer app since I didn’t bring my physical debit card with me. It was super easy to link up my debit account and pay for the product. The total price included tax and tip, and everything was very transparent. Every time I go here, it's a chill vibe! Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Zoom was patient with my indecisive ass, LOL! He answered any question I had, provided accurate info regarding strains and was honest when he wasn't sure and looked up information. I like that he wasn't about the sale trying to bullshit a customer. I don't like when people are on my back pressuring me to buy and Zoom gave me that space to look around the store and move at my pace. It's appreciated!
