Every time I go here, it's a chill vibe! Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Zoom was patient with my indecisive ass, LOL! He answered any question I had, provided accurate info regarding strains and was honest when he wasn't sure and looked up information. I like that he wasn't about the sale trying to bullshit a customer. I don't like when people are on my back pressuring me to buy and Zoom gave me that space to look around the store and move at my pace. It's appreciated!
