High prices with low quality products. I purchased a disposable pen that was empty. I was given a card to reach out to customer service via email unable to get help in person. I send the email with photos and do not hear back for 3 weeks. I called and they stated they never check that email and it isn’t the correct one and I needed to resend and file a claim. 3 weeks later I finally am able to reach somebody via email who applies credits to my account. I'm a Medical card holder and had Lauren helping me, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a very enjoyable experience with her, she also checked all prices for me which I appreciated. The computer system was acting up on scanning and the Manager was needed to enter two types of product and he was very nice also!!! So very impressed with Lauren and Ascend!!! – Chuck Janulavich
